NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: NMFC) today announced that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 on Thursday, August 11, 2011 after the close of the financial markets. Additionally at that time, the Company will declare a dividend to be paid by Friday, September 2, 2011.
