John Kline

President and Chief Executive Officer

John Kline, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director, joined New Mountain in 2008. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked at GSC Group from 2001 to 2008 as an Investment Analyst and Trader for GSC’s control distressed and corporate credit funds. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Kline was with Goldman where he worked in the Credit Risk Management and Advisory Group. Mr. Kline currently sits on the board of Unitek Global Services, a current NMFC portfolio company.

Mr. Kline graduated from Dartmouth College, with an A.B. degree in History in 1999.

Robert Hamwee

Vice Chairman and Director

Robert Hamwee, Vice Chairman and Director, joined New Mountain in 2008, and was CEO of NMFC from its inception until the end of 2022. Mr. Hamwee has also served as a Managing Director of New Mountain Capital since 2008. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was President of GSC Group (“GSC”), where he was responsible for managing GSC’s control distressed debt funds. He was with Greenwich Street Capital Partners, the predecessor to GSC from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Hamwee was with The Blackstone Group from 1992 to 1994, where he worked on a wide range of assignments in the Restructuring and Merchant Banking Departments. Mr. Hamwee has chaired numerous creditor committees and bank steering groups and has been a lead director for many corporate boards, including Purina Mills, Envirosource, and Viasystems.

He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting in 1992.

Laura Holson

Chief Operating Officer

Laura Holson, Chief Operating Officer, joined New Mountain in 2009. Before joining New Mountain, Ms. Holson worked at Morgan Stanley from 2007 to 2009 in the Healthcare investment banking group.

Ms. Holson received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Joshua Porter

Managing Director & Head of Credit Special Situations

Joshua Porter, Managing Director & Head of Credit Special Situations, joined New Mountain in 2017. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Porter was a Principal of Bayside Capital, the credit and special situations platform of H.I.G. Capital. Prior to joining Bayside in 2012, Mr. Porter worked for Mount Kellett Capital Management, where he focused on distressed credit investing, and for GSC Group, where he focused on middle-market control distressed. He began his career at Citigroup as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group.

Mr. Porter received B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois.

James Stone III

Managing Director

James W. Stone III, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2011. Prior to to that, Mr. Stone worked for The Blackstone Group (“Blackstone”) as a Managing Director of GSO Capital Partners, the firm’s credit business. At Blackstone, Mr. Stone was responsible for originating, evaluating, executing and monitoring various senior secured and mezzanine debt investments across a variety of industries. Before joining Blackstone in 2002, Mr. Stone worked as a Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ Communications and Media Group and as a Vice President in UBS Warburg’s Leveraged Finance Department. Prior to that, Mr. Stone worked at Nomura Securities International, Inc. with the team who later founded Blackstone’s corporate debt investment unit.

Mr. Stone graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from The University of the South. He later received an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and accounting from The University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.

Ivo Turkedjiev

Managing Director

Ivo Turkedjiev, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2019. Mr. Turkedjiev focuses on broadly syndicated leveraged loans and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Turkedjiev was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Trader at Invesco, where he was responsible for existing CLO portfolio management as well as new CLO formation and marketing. At Invesco, he also managed the firm’s CLO investment platform. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Turkedjiev was a Leveraged Loan Portfolio Manager and Trader at GSC Group, which he joined in 2003. He began his career in finance in 2001 working in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Turkedjiev received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics from Colgate University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Joy Xu

Managing Director

Joy Xu, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2012. She previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.

Ms. Xu graduated magna cum laude in 2010 from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania; she received her B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and her B.A.S. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.

Peter Calabro

Managing Director

Peter Calabro, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2023 to lead the business development / capital raising function for the Firm's credit business. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Calabro was a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, where he led the firm's business development effort in the Western U.S., working with a wide range of partners including public and private pension plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies and family offices. Prior to joining HPS, Mr. Calabro served as the Head of Europe for Fir Tree Partners, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the Firm’s European business. Prior to joining Fir Tree, Mr. Calabro was the Head of Sourcing / Origination at Mount Kellett Capital and the European Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs. In this capacity, Mr. Calabro led a multi-strategy origination effort, ranging from senior secured debt and mezzanine finance through to non-performing loan portfolios and value-add real estate.

Mr. Calabro began his career in Mergers and Acquisitions / Leveraged Finance and held positions at CIBC World Markets and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Calabro holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Catherine Dunn

Director & Head of Capital Markets

Catherine Dunn, Director, joined New Mountain in 2019. In 2022, Ms. Dunn was named Head of Capital Markets; in this capacity, she manages the firm’s financing activities and relationships across its various product lines. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked at Antares Capital LP where she was responsible for financial sponsor coverage.

She graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

Cyrus Moshiri

Director

Cyrus Moshiri, Director, joined New Mountain in 2021. Mr. Moshiri focuses on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Moshiri was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs where he structured and distributed over $40bn of US CLOs. Mr. Moshiri began his career in finance at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo in 2011. He was responsible for trading US MBS and distributing CLOs in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Moshiri received a B.A. degree, in Economics and East Asian Languages and Literature from Washington and Lee University.

William Murphy

Director

William Murphy, Director, joined New Mountain in 2021. Mr. Murphy was previously a Vice President at Antares Capital LP where he was responsible for financial sponsor coverage and prior to that completed GE Capital’s Risk Management Program.

Mr. Murphy graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Finance.

Tushar Bindal

Vice President

Tushar Bindal, Vice President, joined New Mountain Capital in 2023. He is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s credit business, focusing on private credit products and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Prior to joining New Mountain, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs where he structured and distributed over 50 CLOs.  He began his career in finance in 2015 working in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Prior to CLOs, he focused on structuring and distributing derivatives across foreign exchange and interest rate products.

Mr. Bindal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Delhi (Delhi College of Engineering) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Jag Buddhavarapu

Vice President

Jag Buddhavarapu, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2021. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was an Associate in the CLO group at Sixth Street Partners. Mr. Buddhavarapu started his career in the Leveraged Finance group at Credit Suisse and also spent time in the High Yield Research group at Goldman Sachs.

He received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2015.

Stephen Tully

Vice President

Stephen Tully, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2017. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Tully worked in the Financial Services Office at Ernst & Young LLP, primarily serving private equity clients.

He received B.S. degrees in both Finance and Accounting from Villanova University, graduating magna cum laude in 2013, and is a CFA Charterholder.

John Maris, Vice President, Assistant Trader, joined New Mountain in 2015. Mr. Maris previously worked at JPMorgan Chase within Alternative Investment Services as a Bank Loans Associate.

He received his B.S. in Management and Finance from Pace University in 2012.

Stephanie Slaven

Vice President

Stephanie Slaven, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2021. Stephanie is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s capital markets efforts. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Group at HSBC.

She received her B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, graduating magna cum laude in 2017.

Patrick Farrell

Patrick Farrell, Associate, joined New Mountain in 2020. He previously worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

He received his B.B.A in Accounting and his Master of Accounting & Professional Consultancy from Villanova University in 2017.

Jacob Zucker

Associate

Jacob Zucker, Associate, joined New Mountain in 2018. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked in the non-bank financial institutions group at S&P Ratings.

He received his B.S. in Finance and Insurance & Risk Management from the University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude in 2015.

Kevin Schneider

Vice President

Kevin Schneider, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2018. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Schneider worked in the banking and capital markets assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

He received his B.B.A in Accountancy and his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, graduating summa cum laude in 2016. Mr. Schneider is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Kris Corbett

Chief Financial Officer

Kris Corbett joined New Mountain in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer of Credit.  Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Corbett was as a Senior Vice President at Blackstone and served as Controller and Treasurer of both the Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) and the Blackstone Secured Lending Fund. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Corbett was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners where he performed roles in finance, accounting and financial reporting within alternative asset management. Prior to Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Corbett held a variety of positions in accounting and financial reporting at King Street Capital Management and Ziff Brothers Investments. He began his career in public accounting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Corbett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a CFA Charterholder.

Joseph Hartswell

Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary

Joseph Hartswell, Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer, joined New Mountain in 2015. Prior to New Mountain, Mr. Hartswell was the Chief Compliance Officer for Mount Kellett Capital Management LP, a global investment firm focused on distressed, special situations and opportunistic investing. Prior to joining Mount Kellett, Mr. Hartswell was a Director, Asset Management Financial Services Regulatory Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) where he assisted with the development of compliance programs for hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, registered investment companies, separate accounts and business development companies. Prior to PwC, Mr. Hartswell was a Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for AIG Investments where he assisted with strategies and operational planning for a global asset manager and its SEC registered investment advisers and served as the designated Chief Compliance Officer for products registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Prior to AIG Investments, Mr. Hartswell was a Securities Compliance Examiner for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Hartswell holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland and is a CFA charterholder.

Kaitlyn Grigoleit

VP, Credit Assistant Controller

Kaitlyn Grigoleit, VP and Credit Assistant Controller, joined New Mountain in 2018. Ms. Grigoleit previously worked at Prospect Capital in both their reporting and fintech portfolio units, as an Accounting and Operations Manager. Prior to Prospect, she was an Audit Senior at CohReznick, LLP.

She is a New York State CPA and graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware in 2011 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Vivian Ko

Tax Manager

Vivian Ko, Tax Manager, joined New Mountain in 2019. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked at KPMG LLP as Senior Tax Manager in the Asset Management practice. Prior joining KPMG, she was a Senior Tax Manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s alternative investments group.

She received her B.B.A in Accounting from Baruch College – CUNY.

Alec Freeman

Operations Manager

Alec Freeman, Operations Manager, joined New Mountain in 2019. Mr. Freeman previously worked at Brown Brothers Harriman within the Investor Services line of business as a Bank Loans Analyst.

He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2017.

Parrie Italiano, Operations Manager, joined New Mountain in 2021. Ms. Italiano previously worked at PSP Investments USA within Credit Investments as a Senior Operations Analyst.

She received her B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Washington College in 2016.

Kristen Weisenseel, Operations Analyst, joined New Mountain Capital in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked at HedgeServ within the Bank Debt Team as a Senior Middle Office Associate.

Ms. Weisenseel received her B.A. in Economics and a minor in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University in 2020.

Diana Thomas

Director, Controller

Diana Thomas, Director, Controller, joined New Mountain in 2022. Ms. Thomas is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s credit business. She previously worked at Brigade Capital Management, LP as Fund Controller. Prior to Brigade, she was an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Audit and Assurance practice, focusing on the audit of asset management clients.

Ms. Thomas graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007, and has her CPA, CA designation, licensed by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Canada.

James Lavallee, Director, Operations, joined New Mountain in 2008. Mr. Lavallee previously worked at Stone Harbor Investment Partners, LP within the trade support area of their Operations group. Prior to that, he worked in the Institutional Operations area of Citigroup Asset Management.

He received his B.S., cum laude, in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University in 2002 and his M.B.A. in Finance from Fairfield University in 2007.

Linda Chiu

Director, Tax

Linda Chiu, Director of Tax, joined New Mountain in 2010. She was previously the tax director at GSC where she was responsible for handling all tax matters related to the firm and the firm's various distressed debt, CDO, BDC, REIT, private equity, and mezzanine debt investment funds. Prior to joining GSC, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP ("E&Y") where she managed tax issues for a variety of clients in the financial services industry including private equity and asset management firms and international banks. Prior to joining E&Y, Ms. Chiu was a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen LLP's financial services practice.

She received her B.S. degree in Accounting and Information Systems from New York University's Undergraduate Stern School of Business in 1991 and her M.B.A. in Finance and Management Consulting from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 1997. She is a New York State CPA.

Meredith McAneny

Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

Meredith McAneny, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, joined New Mountain in 2019. Prior to New Mountain, Meredith started her career as a Compliance Analyst at Apollo Global Management, LLC.

She received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Vera Ramirez

Compliance Analyst

Vera Ramirez, Compliance Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2005 in an Administrative capacity. She began working closely with the Compliance team in 2017, and transitioned into the role of Compliance Analyst in 2022.

Ms. Ramirez graduated with a BBA, magna cum laude, in Human Resources from Baruch College.

Eric Kane

Credit Legal Counsel

Eric Kane, Credit Legal Counsel, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Kane spent 17 years at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC and its predecessor firms.  He began his career at Ultimus as a Mutual Fund Accountant and Hedge Fund Administrator before joining Legal Administration in 2009. From 2022-2023, Mr. Kane served as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel and led Ultimus’ New York Legal Administration team. He also served in numerous senior officer roles, including President, to several Ultimus multiple series trusts and other fund complexes.

Mr. Kane received his B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.   He is currently licensed to practice law in New York.

Lindsey Wittmann

Credit Assistant Controller

Lindsey Wittmann, Credit Assistant Controller, joined New Mountain in 2017. Prior to joining New Mountain, Ms. Wittmann worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an Associate in their Controllers group. She began her career at KPMG as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services practice.

Ms. Wittmann is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. in Accounting from Bucknell University in 2012.

Meghana Boojala

Credit Analyst

Meghana Boojala, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in their Leveraged Finance group.

Ms. Boojala received a B.B.A. in Finance from William & Mary in 2022.

Nick Campanella

Credit Analyst

Nick Campanella, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2022. Mr. Campanella is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s credit business. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked in the Capital Investments and Analysis group at Quest Diagnostics.

Mr. Campanella received his B.B.A in Finance and International Business from Villanova University, graduating cum laude in 2020.

Lindsey Del Prete

Credit Analyst

Lindsey Del Prete, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2022. Prior to joining New Mountain, Ms. Del Prete completed the Financial Management Program at General Electric in their Aviation business.

Lindsey received her B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from Northeastern University.

Vicky Han

Credit Analyst

Vicky Han, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2021. Ms. Han previously worked at Ernst and Young in the Structured Finance CLO Group.

She received her BCom in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto in 2020, where she graduated with High Distinction.

Julie Hohenstein

Credit Analyst

Julie Hohenstein, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2023. Ms. Hohenstein previously worked at Goldman Sachs in the credit risk group covering corporate lending.

Ms. Hohenstein graduated from the University of Virginia in 2020. She received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce and completed a second major in Statistics from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Laney Rutland

Laney Rutland, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2022. Prior to joining New Mountain, Ms. Rutland worked as a Management Consultant in PwC’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice, primarily serving power and utility clients.

Laney Received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, graduating summa cum laude in 2019.

James Todd, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate for Brookfield Properties, covering US Office assets. He began his career as an Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Assurance practice, serving alternative investment managers.

Mr. Todd received his B.S. in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Alabama in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Sean Walsh

Credit Analyst

Sean Walsh, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2021. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked as a Valuation Associate in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice, primarily serving private equity and hedge fund clients.

Mr. Walsh received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude in 2019. He is a CFA candidate sitting for the Level III exam in 2022.

Michael Doyle

Michael Doyle, Accounting Manager, joined New Mountain in 2019. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Doyle worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Asset Management Assurance practice.

He received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Masters of Science in Forensic Accounting from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Mr. Doyle is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Kaitlin Johnsen, Accounting Manager, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, Ms. Johnsen worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC as a Senior Manager in the Banking and Capital Markets Assurance practice.

Accounting Manager

Evelyn Wang, Accounting Manager, joined New Mountain in 2019. Prior to joining New Mountain, Ms. Wang worked as an Audit & Assurance Senior in the Financial Services practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

She received her B.B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Baruch College – City University of New York. Ms. Wang is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Samantha Arcilesi

Accounting Analyst

Samantha Arcilesi, Accounting Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, Samantha worked in the Wealth and Asset Management Assurance practice at Ernst & Young, LLP.

She received her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University in 2020 and her M.S. in Accounting from Stony Brook University in 2021. Samantha is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

David Butler

David Butler, Accounting Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2022. Prior to joining New Mountain, David worked as an Audit & Assurance Senior Associate in the commercial assurance practice at BDO USA, LLP.

He received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science Professional Accountancy, cum laude, from Adelphi University. David is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Lindsay Korman

Accounting Analyst

Lindsay Korman, Accounting Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, Lindsay worked at Ernst & Young, LLP as an Assurance Senior in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction group.

She received both her B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Joshua Weinstein

Accounting Analyst

Josh Weinstein, Accounting Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2022. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Weinstein worked at Deloitte as a Senior Associate in the Investment Management Tax practice.

He received his Bachelor of Accountancy from the George Washington University in 2019 and went on to complete his Master of Science in Accounting from the New York University in 2020. Josh is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Steven Klinsky

NMC Founder and CEO & Chairman of NMFC

Steven B. Klinsky has served as Chairman of the board of directors of New Mountain Finance Corporation since July 2010. Mr. Klinsky established New Mountain Capital in 1999. Prior to founding New Mountain Capital, Mr. Klinsky was co-founder of the Leverage Buyout Group of Goldman Sachs & Co. (“Goldman”) (1981-1984), where he helped execute over $3 billion of pioneering transactions for Goldman and its clients. He then joined Forstmann Little and Co. (“Forstmann Little”) as an Associate Partner (1984-1986) and a General Partner (1986-1999), helping to oversee seven private equity and debt partnerships totaling over $10 billion in capital. Mr. Klinsky was the most senior partner of Forstmann Little outside of the Forstmann family for a majority of the 1990s.

Mr. Klinsky received his B.A. in Economics and Political Philosophy, with high honors, from the University of Michigan in 1976. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (class of 1979) and his J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School (class of 1981). He is or has been chairman or a director of numerous corporations and philanthropies.

Adam Weinstein

NMFC Executive Vice President

Adam Weinstein initially served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of New Mountain Finance Corporation from July 2010 until January 2013 when he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of New Mountain Finance Corporation where he now serves in an oversight role of the finance and administrative areas. Mr. Weinstein joined the board of directors of New Mountain Finance Corporation in August 2012. Mr. Weinstein serves as a Managing Director, Head of Firm Operations and Chief Financial Officer of New Mountain Capital and has been in various roles since joining in 2005. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital in 2005, Mr. Weinstein was a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and worked in that firm’s merger and acquisition and private equity investor services areas. Mr. Weinstein sits on a number of boards of directors for professional and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Weinstein received his B.S. from Binghamton University, is a member of the AICPA and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Andre Moura

Managing Director (Rotating PE Transaction Leader)

Andre Moura, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2005. He previously worked at McKinsey from 2003 to 2005, where he helped to advise companies across various industries. He currently serves as Chairman or lead director of Actylis, Ascensus, Citrin Cooperman, Covaris, ILC Dover, Topix Brands and Vytalogy Wellness. He also serves as a director of Emmes and National HME. He has previously served as a director or lead director of ACA Compliance Group, Alteon Health, Avantor, Bellerophon, Gelest, Medical Specialties Distributors, NuSil and Sparta Systems.

He received his A.B., magna cum laude, in Computer Science from Harvard College and his M.B.A., with high distinction, from Harvard Business School in 2009, where he was a Baker Scholar.
