NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: NMFC) today announced that it will release its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2012 on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 after the close of the U.S. financial markets. Additionally at that time, the Company will announce its third quarter 2012 dividend which will be paid on September 28, 2012. The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio webcast at 10:00am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 9, 2012 to discuss its second quarter 2012 financial results.
