New Mountain Finance Corporation Schedules its Third Quarter 2013 Earnings Release and Dividend Announcement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE:NMFC) today announced that it will release its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2013 on Monday, November 11, 2013 after the close of the U.S. financial markets. Additionally at that time, the Company will announce its fourth quarter 2013 dividend which will be paid on December 31, 2013. The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio webcast at 10:00am (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.

During the conference call, the Company’s officers will review the third quarter performance, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer period.
